What’s NOT included in my membership?
DPC covers primary care only. You’ll still need coverage for emergency room visits, surgeries, specialist consultations, and advanced imaging like MRIs. We help coordinate this care and often negotiate better rates for you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for Direct Primary Care (DPC)?
Yes! HSA and FSA funds can be used for DPC membership fees. Check with your plan administrator for specific details about your account.
What if I need to see a specialist?
We’ll refer you to trusted specialists in the area and help coordinate your care. Many of our patients find they need fewer specialist visits because we have more time to manage their conditions comprehensively.
How quickly can I get an appointment when I’m sick?
Most sick visits are available same-day or next-day. You can also text, call, or email us directly – no phone trees or waiting for callbacks.
What happens if I move away from Buena Vista?
You can cancel your membership with 30 days’ notice. We’ll help transfer your medical records and can recommend DPC practices in your new area if available.
Do you provide care for the whole family?
Yes! We care for patients from newborns to seniors. Families pay for a maximum of 3 children, making it affordable for larger families.
What’s included in the $75 enrollment fee?
The one-time household enrollment fee covers setting up your medical records, initial health assessments, and administrative setup. It’s per household, not per person.
